• You have a 10-minute money-back guarantee. Which means that if you are not happy within the first 10 minutes. Tell Jodie, you will be fully refunded. After 10 minutes no refunds will be given.

Jodie has the right to cancel, terminate, or to NOT give a reading at her discretion without need for explanation.

• If you’re connecting via the internet using WhatsApp, Zoom, FaceTime, Skype, Or Phone and you have a poor internet connection, technological malfunction, or failure of any kind not due to Jodie herself, Your appointment will not be rescheduled and no refunds will be given. You can switch over to the telephone number provided so your reading can continue during your appointed time. However, no extra time will be given.
